The chondroitin sulfate and collagen protein complex in Joint Synergy™+ capsules has the unique ability to hold large quantities of water, which lends a cushioning to joints that both eases movement and serves to lubricate them. The sulfur component in Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane (MSM) helps stave off discomfort that may reduce mobility. Together with glucosamine and chondroitin, MSM helps promote the production of disulfide bonds that enable rigid support and strength of connective tissue.
Various cultures have used a host of herbs, spices and other plant-based remedies to ease joint discomfort. Sea cucumber (active component: holothurian) has been routinely used as a remedy for ailments including joint health, and many clinical trials have indicated its positive effects on both joint care and repair.
