Hi there! My name is Sia Cooper and I am a happy go lucky military wife and nurse living on the beautiful beaches of Florida. I have been headstrong into the world of health & fitness since 2010 when I changed my lifestyle and dropped nearly 50lbs. Once I was in nursing school, I ate whatever I could get my hands on in between studying and honestly never gave it much thought-until I watched a littledocumentary called Food Inc. that changed my views on the food I ate- forever! I cleaned up, shaped up, and became the best version of myself. Today, I own and operate a diet & fitness blog called Diary of a Fit Mommy; a blog dedicated to pregnant & postpartum women. I enjoy helping women in their journeys to getting their best body ever even after having a baby.
