Getting a solid pre-workout routine established before hitting the gym can be a bit overwhelming. There is just so much stuff out there and so many people with so many tips and tricks… how do you know what to do?! Well, Chelsey went ahead and simplified all of that for you! Through trial and error after trial and error she’s finally figured out the best way to prep before hitting the gym, and she can definitely tell a difference when she doesn’t prepare herself with these amazing products. Seriously though, how many times have you said, “I can’t tell if i’m hungry or not”. HA. I definitely have and it’s annoying because it seems like it should be a pretty basic human instinct. But I’m someone that reallllly pays attention to my body and why things are happening and what’s causing things andaaa

This is a question so often laughed at among vegans, but it is an honest inquiry among non-vegans and one I don’t blame non-vegans for asking. In fact, I once wondered the same thing. We are taught by family, by advertisements, by teachers, by news that meat, dairy, and eggs are the best and, presumably, only sources for protein. However that is not the case. Not by a long shot.
