Wanted to share my success story. I’m a stay at home mom to 3 great kids, as are a lot of my friends. It can be challenging to find time to work out with so many littles at home. And right a long with that comes stress eating (for every mom out there you know what I mean 😉). Plus you are giving so much of yourself to your family having extra for you is challenging to find. At 28 I had just had my son and wasn’t doing terribly health wise, in comparison to previous years, but I wasn’t doing any exercise and wasn’t com seemed with what I was eating. I weighed about 165lbs on my 5’9 frame but more importantly I just wasn’t taking the care of myself I needed. (My heaviest I was 190 in high school and have always been overweight)

It’s the new year- and so many people are focused on cleansing their body so they can start the new year off right. While taking care of your body is essential, a lot of people forget to take care of their mind. Your brain needs a cleanse just as bad. Have you noticed that you’re lethargic, sluggish, and have trouble focusing on simple tasks? This could be a case of sensory overload. When we take time to relax it usually takes place on our couch in front of the TV. Every day we are constantly looking at screens, whether your job is sitting in front of a computer or you’re constantly on your phone or tablet our lives revolve around technology. While extremely convenient, our mind has taken a toll. It is important to take time to let your mind and eyes rest from all of that artificial light and sound.

Before hearing about MRM, I had been interested in incorporating BCAA’s after my workouts during the week to help with muscle soreness and recovery. After doing some researching online of other brands with BCAA products I was noticing that most if not all had a lot of added chemicals, some of which I could not pronounce. I tried out the sample of MRM’s BCAA+G Reload Island Fusion and loved the taste right off the bat but I also loved that the flavoring was all-natural and the mixture didn’t contain a bunch of added chemicals or sugar.
