That's right, 20 oz. to freedom smoothie! We're proud to be an American company, so why not show our love in one of the best ways we know how, through our love of smoothies?! This delicious smoothie is jammed with health benefits from multiple superfoods and packed with protein to keep you full and strong so go ahead and enjoy this nutrient dense patriotic smoothie, we sure did!

Ingredients

Ingredients for blue spirulina smoothie

  • 1 Tbsp blue spirulina
  • ½ Cup blueberries
  • ½ Cup almond milk
  • ½ Cup preferred vegan or regular yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ Cup ice

Ingredients for Vanilla smoothie

  • 1 Tbsp favorite MRM Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup almond milk
  • ½ Cup preferred vegan or regular yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ Cup of ice
  • ½ Banana

Ingredients for red berry smoothie

  • 1 tsp MRM red beet powder
  • 1 Cup mixed red berries
  • ½ Cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ Cup ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and divide between 2 tall glasses. Pour until the glasses are a third full. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend all ingredients together and pour on top of the chilled blue spirulina smoothies until the cups are 2/3 full . Return to the freezer for another 20 minutes.
  3. Blend the ingredients together and fill up the glasses for your perfect 4th of July smoothie. Garnish with fresh berries and a mint leaf if desired! Enjoy.
