5-Minute Chocolate Mocha & Cashew Butter Oatmeal

This recipe is perfect for those who need a quick breakfast so they can get out of the door ASAP, or for those of us who simply don't like to work too hard for our first meal of the day. With lots of protein, healthy carbs, and tons of flavor you can count on this delicious vegan bowl of wonder to propel you through the day!


  • 1 Cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 Cups water
  • ½ Cup almond milk
  • ½ Scoop MRM Veggie Elite Chocolate Mocha protein
  • Cashew butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional melted chocolate, peanuts


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl add your oats, water, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Place a paper towel over the top of the bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove from the microwave- the bowl will be very hot.
  4. Add the almond milk and protein powder to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Top with cashew butter, chocolate, nuts, and enjoy!
