Beetroot Hummus

This 5-minute, nutrient-packed hummus is the perfect healthy snack to avoid the afternoon slump! Making your own hummus is easy and fun – there are so many possibilities for flavors, AND you can control the ingredients going in! MRM Beet Powder adds a beautiful color and an antioxidant punch, which combat free radical damage. Free radicals can lead to cell membrane damage, and are released due to daily stressors such as intense physical activity. This hummus is a great snack after a workout to combat potential free radical formation and protect your cell membranes!



  • Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend
  • Scrape down the sides as needed until all ingredients are incorporated and the hummus is a smooth pink color
  • Serve with your favorite veggie sticks and store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
