Berry Red Beet Smoothie

Packed full of berries and energizing red beet powder, this recipe makes for an amazing breakfast. Red beet is known to help support cardiovascular health and support energy production while providing you with an ample amount of unique antioxidants. Plus- this smoothie tastes like a sorbet dessert.


  • 1 ½ Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • ½ Cup Natural Greek Yoghurt, or vegan yogurt of your choosing
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp MRM Organic Red Beet Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Fresh Strawberries for garnish (optional)


  1. Pour all ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour, sip, and enjoy!
