Not only are these babies tasty, but they’re easy to make in no time at all- perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs and mix with the almond milk in a separate bowl. Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and gradually add the wet mix whilst whisking to create a smooth batter like consistency. If slightly thick you can thin out with a slash of water or more almond milk.
Preheat a non-stick pan on medium heat and spray a light layer of olive oil and you are ready to make pancakes!
