Black Rice Powder Pancakes

It's time to grab the PAN and start cooking some CAKES! Using the Black Rice Powder ups the protein, fiber, and antioxidant content of this breakfast favorite without sacrificing flavor. Not only are these babies tasty, but they’re easy to make in no time at all- perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!



  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs and mix with the almond milk in a separate bowl. Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and gradually add the wet mix whilst whisking to create a smooth batter like consistency. If slightly thick you can thin out with a slash of water or more almond milk.
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan on medium heat and spray a light layer of olive oil and you are ready to make pancakes!
  3. Dress pancakes however you wish. We like it topped with some fresh fruit and organic greek yogurt.
  4. Enjoy!
