Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding Porridge

This rich and decadent breakfast is packed with nutrition without compromising flavor! Chia seeds provide healthy omega-3 fats for healthy hair and nails, fiber for optimal digestion and protein to keep your muscles strong. Mixing chia seeds with a complex carbohydrate like buckwheat and high-protein MRM Veggie Elite protein powder will satisfy you for hours.

Directions

  1. Prepare your chia pudding by combining the chia seeds, plant milk, MRM Veggie Elite Protein Powder and cocoa powder in a mason jar.
  2. Shake well to evenly distribute the chia seeds and powders.
  3. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (best overnight) until thickened.
  4. Next, make your porridge by combining the buckwheat flakes, flax, water and MRM Raw Organic Maca Powder powder in a small bowl.
  5. Microwave for 2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Lastly, mix chia pudding with porridge in a bowl and top with fresh berries!
  7. Enjoy!
