These chocolate chip protein muffins were a hit with my entire family. They were super easy to make, and with no added sugar you can feel good eating them. These are the perfect after dinner treat! These delicious muffins were made by Alyssa McIntyre aka Mom On The Move.
1 tsp stevia (or a little more if you like it sweeter)
First I blended up 2 cups of oatmeal in a food processor until very fine. Add in one scoop of MRM Veggie Elite in Dutch chocolate, 1.5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 cups of Chocolate muscle eggs, 1/2 c applesauce, and about 1 tsp of stevia (or maybe even a little more if you'd like it sweeter).
Blend all the ingredients up into a batter.
Pour evenly into muffin cups and bake on 350 degrees for about 20 mins or until cooked all the way through.
Go ahead and take the muffins out of the oven, and place 5 chocolate chips on the top of each muffin and ENJOY!
