This chocolate dipping ganache is so easy anyone could make it. The addition of Maca Superfood Powder gives the chocolate a very rich and slightly nutty flavor with boosting antioxidants and mood-boosting adaptogens. This recipe calls for strawberries, but you can dip any type of fruit, nut, cookie, or bread into this chocolate... don't be afraid to get creative!
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Your personal preferred brand)
Melt 2/3 of the cup of chocolate chips in the microwave along with the coconut oil. Melt the chocolate at slow increments of about 10-15 seconds, to be sure you don't overheat or burn the chocolate.
Once melted and stirred into a smooth consistency, mix in the remaining 1/3 of chocolate chips along with the maca powder. Stir until completely melted and combined. The cool chocolate chips mixed in with the melted helps to temper the chocolate and give it a nice "snap" when cold.
While the chocolate mixture is still warm dip your strawberries to your liking and place on a cookie sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
Chill strawberries in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
