Chocolate Mocha Brownie Protein Waffles

These waffles are the perfect way to combine dessert and breakfast- the chocolate mocha brownie flavor is decadent and rich, and the protein content and clean ingredients will keep you full and satisfied until it's time for lunch. Pair these with some homemade ice cream and wowzah- do you have yourself a breakfast treat!


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Scoop MRM Veggie Elite Chocolate Mocha Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Pistachio Gelato (optional for topping)


  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl until well combined, then set to the side.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Whisk your eggs, oil, and water into the dry mix until fully combined and no flour pockets remain.
  5. Coat your waffle iron with your preferred non-stick oil.
  6. Use a 1/2 Cup scoop to measure out the batter for each waffle. Once done cooking remove the waffle and let it cool slightly on a cooling rack.
  7. Continue to cook waffles until the batter is gone.
  8. Top your waffles with a scoop of pistachio gelator for an indulgent treat and enjoy!
