Chocolate Protein Superfood Bars

We enjoy healthy homemade snacks and we know you will too! These bars are great for something quick, sweet and in-between meals! We were also able to sneak some black rice super foods in this recipe as well and wow! So delicious!

Ingredients

  • ¾ C. Gluten free Oat Flour and 4 tbsp Black Rice Superfood Powder
  • 4 Egg Whites (Vegan option use 2 tbsp of chia seeds grounded and add 4 tbsp water until lit becomes an egg like consistency)
  • 2 scoops Veggie Elite Cinnamon Bun or Veggie Elite Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp treLEAFia
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 8oz Berry flavored Baby Food
  • 3 tbsp Baking Cocoa (unsweetened Navitas organic Cacao)
  • 4oz Water or 4 oz Unsweetened almond milk (use baby food jar or half a cup)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix dry ingredients (oat flour, vanilla whey protein, baking soda, salt, baking cocoa) together in a large bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, faux egg whites, 1/4c treLEAFia by MRM, Kal Organic Stevia, Berry flavored Baby Food,Water) together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Spray cooking dish with a non stick butter spray and add batter to dish.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes in oven.
