Cinnamon Bun Peanut Butter Protein Waffles
Is there ever a bad day for waffles? I don’t think so! These are packed with protein, fiber, and tons of flavors. The cinnamon bun protein adds a nice fall feel to the recipe. They are satisfying and healthy without all of the sugar and preservatives you find in other waffles. Warning, once you make these you WILL be addicted.


  • 1 pasture-raised egg
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop MRM Vegan Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/3 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsb powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana


  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Pour batter onto coconut oil sprayed waffle iron and cook until ready.
  3. Top with the other half of the banana, some local raw honey, and more drizzle of PB.
  4. Enjoy!
