You know the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls being baked in the oven? Well, that's kind of what these pancakes taste like. The smooth cinnamon bun protein adds great flavor as well as added health benefits. This recipe will make 2 servings so its great to have some in the morning and the rest as a snack later. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 scoop MRM Veggie Elite Cinnamon Bun protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
Add all of your dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, whisk together. In a small bowl beat your egg, then add milk and coconut oil. Slowly add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together until you have a nice batter. Set aside.
Heat a skillet on medium heat and spray with nonstick spray. Once your pan is hot, add 1/4 cup of pancake batter and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
