Cinnamon Bun Waffles

Is there ever a bad day for waffles? I don’t think so! These are packed with protein, fiber, and tons of flavors. The cinnamon bun protein adds a nice fall feel to the recipe. They are satisfying and healthy without all of the sugar and preservatives you find in other waffles. Warning, once you make these you WILL be addicted.


  • 1 pasture-raised egg
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop MRM Veggie Elite Cinnamon Bun protein
    1 tbsp coconut flour
    1/3 cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 banana


Blend ingredients together and pour batter onto coconut oil sprayed waffle iron. Top with the other 1/2 of banana, raw honey, and peanut butter.
