Clean Protein Pancakes

This recipe is great for everyone- especially those looking for great macro ratios to complement their fitness training. High in protein, low in carbs and sugar, this breakfast will keep you full and your muscles happy long after you finished licking the plate!


•1 Banana
•4 Egg whites
•1/3 Cup Oat flour (or preferred flour type)
•1/3 Cup MRM Natural Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
•1/2 Cup Almond milk
•Sprinkle of cinnamon


1. Mash the banana until as smooth as possible. 2. Combine the rest of the ingredients with the mashed banana until you have a smooth batter. 3. Heat a skillet with a couple tablespoons of coconut oil over medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup sized scoops of batter into the pan. 4. Cook for one minute on each side. 5. Top with fresh fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
