Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This bowl is so pretty you will eat it with your eyes first. Don’t let that vibrant pink color fool you. This smoothie bowl is packed with plant based protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It’s a great option in the morning to jump start your body and feed it the proper nutrients to begin your day. Feel free to add some of your favorite toppings and remember to smile while you eat this.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) packet
  • 1 scoop MRM Veggie Elite vanilla bean protein
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Toppings (optional)

  • Granola
  • Frozen Blackberries
  • Kiwi
  • Chia Seeds
  • Bananas

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
