Everything but the Spoon Bowl

Smoothie bowls never get old. There are so many different varieties that you can make. I personally feel that you can put anything into a smoothie and it will taste great. It’s true! I’ve tried it. To switch things up try using different fruits, juices, or powders to incorporate a variety of flavors. This smoothie bowl recipe is packed with protein and antioxidants. It’s a great breakfast option to jump start your morning.


  • 1 scoop MRM Veggie Elite vanilla bean
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

Toppings: (optional but recommended)

  • 2-3 strawberries cut in halves
  • Half banana sliced
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds


  • Put all the ingredients (not toppings) into a blender and process until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl and then add toppings
  • Remember to grab a spoon!
