Flourless Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Blondies
I think this may be the longest recipe title in the history of recipe titles, but I definitely needed to write it all out because banana + peanut butter + chocolate = the best flavor combination in the universe. Am I right? (Hint – the answer is yes J)



  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
  • heaping 2 tbsp all natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
    • Crazy Richard’s (Krema) recommended!
    • 1/4 cup Vitafiber Powder
    • 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
    • 1 medium ripe banana
    • 1/4 cup MRM Vanilla Bean Veggie Meal Protein
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • vegan dark chocolate, chopped


Now, you're probably thinking - these are blondies, how can they be healthy?! Replacing traditional white flour with chickpeas and MRM Veggie Meal Protein, these flourless, vegan, gluten free, high fiber and high protein blondies are a treat you don't have to feel guilty about! MRM Veggie Meal protein is an incredibly nutritious plant-based addition to this recipe, providing digestive enzymes, probiotics, vitamins and minerals all in a single vegan supplement. With a protein blend from pea, brown rice, black rice, and flax seed, you’re getting a delicious, all-natural, and fiber-rich blondie that makes for the perfect sweet treat. Directions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375F and grease an 8x8 brownie pan.
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor (besides the chocolate) and blend until the batter is smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate, then pour batter into your prepared pan.
  • Smooth the top and add more chocolate to the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges have browned and the top looks set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for at LEAST 20 minutes, until they reach room temperature.
  • Slice into 16 squares (it's ok if they look/feel a bit mushy at this point, they continue to firm up while cooling).
  • Carefully remove the blondies from the pan and place on a wire rack until COMPLETELY cooled.
  • Store in an airtight container in your fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer life.
