Fresh Fruit Salad With Lucuma Yogurt

This recipe makes for a super quick, healthy, and tasty snack or even breakfast. While Lucuma has a stone fruit aroma we though pairing the infused yogurt with peaches, plums, melons, and berries would be appropriate as well as delicious… we were right!

Directions

  1. Mix Lucuma powder and greek yogurt thoroughly with a spatula and put onto plate.
  2. Dress with raspberry sauce and top with fruit.
  3. Enjoy!
