Golden Turmeric Milk

You probably have some turmeric hiding in your cupboard- did you know that spice is actually a superfood? Yup! We all know turmeric is a staple in many Indian dishes, but Golden Milk is a recipe where turmeric and it's healthy benefits can really shine. This warming, nourishing drink is a great way to start your morning instead of drinking an inflammatory coffee, or even a great way to start relaxing at the end of the day.



  1. Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium heat and cook on for 3-5 minutes, you want the liquid to be hot, but not boiling.
  2. Once hot, add to a blender and mix for a few seconds- this creates nice foam but isn't necessary!
  3. Pour into a glass (through a strainer if you don't like the ginger pulp) and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
