Grilled Corn with a Sacha Inchi Butter Lime Sauce

Grilled corn is the perfect side dish for any meal especially in the summer time! This simple recipe will be a hit that will have all of your friends and family coming back for more. The Sacha Inchi Superfood Powder gives the sauce a nice nutty flavor with added health benefits (such as Protein, Omega Fatty-Acids, and Vitamin E). Fire up the grill and get cooking!


  • 6 Ears of Yellow Corn
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Powder
  • 1 tsp MRM Raw Organic Sacha Inchi Powder
  • 1 Cup Cotija Cheese
  • Juice of 3 Limes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chopped Cilantro


  1. Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn in their husks until they start to blacken on all sides.
  3. In a small mixing dish add butter, chili powder, cayenne pepper, Sacha Inchi Powder, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Once the corn husks have blackened peel the husks back and continue to grill the corn for a few minutes until you have some nice char marks.
  5. Pull the corn off of the grill and brush them with the butter sauce then sprinkle cotija cheese and cilantro on the corn.
  6. Enjoy!
