Grilled Turkey Burgers with Red Beet Dip

Everyone loves a good burger! Take your grilling game to the next level with these simple and delicious burgers. This recipe will make 3, 6-7oz burger patties that are exploding with flavor and actually much healthier than regular hamburgers because they are made with lean turkey meat. If you haven’t tried goat cheese and beetroot together then you are in for a treat, my friend! You just can’t BEET this combination. The red beet dip from this recipe can also simply be eaten with crackers, carrots or celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • TURKEY BURGERS:
  • 1.1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 3 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 2 Shallots & 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped and lightly cooked in olive oil
  • Pinch Chopped Parsley
  • Sea Salt and Pepper
  • BEETROOT RELISH:
  • 1 Whole Cooked Beetroot, diced
  • 2 Small Pickles
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • RED BEER POWDER AND ALMOND DIP:
  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Chopped Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup MRM Raw Organic Red Beet Powder

Directions

  1. Mix all turkey burger ingredients together in a bowl, then mold into 7oz patties. Place on tray and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  2. Place the almond milk and cauliflower in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat down and simmer for 7-8 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
  4. Add the red beet powder, then place everything into a blender or food processor and blend for 2 minutes- or until you have a nice, smooth puree consistency.
  5. Add salt to preferred taste.
  6. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to chill before serving.
  7. Make your beetroot relish by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
  8. You're ready to fire up the grill! Grill the patties for 10-12 minutes on medium/high heat. Serve with your favorite bun or lettuce wrap, and top with the relish and beetroot puree. Enjoy!
