High Protein Spirulina Green Smoothie
Spriulina is an amazing micro-algae that contains a rich source of plant-based amino acids (building blocks of protein), vitamins and minerals. It also gives this smoothie a beautiful blue-green color! Packed with protein, fiber and healthy carbohydrates, this smoothie will power your morning or make for an excellent muscle-building post-workout treat.
You Will Need:
1 frozen, chopped banana
1 medjool date
½ block soft tofu
MRM Spirulina Powder handful fresh spinach
water to smooth
Place all ingredients into a high-powered food processor and blend until no chunks remain.
Add water as needed to ensure all ingredients are blended until smooth.
