High Protein Spirulina Green Smoothie

Spriulina is an amazing micro-algae that contains a rich source of plant-based amino acids (building blocks of protein), vitamins and minerals. It also gives this smoothie a beautiful blue-green color! Packed with protein, fiber and healthy carbohydrates, this smoothie will power your morning or make for an excellent muscle-building post-workout treat.

Ingredients

You Will Need:

  • 1 frozen, chopped banana
  • 1 medjool date
  • ½ block soft tofu
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp MRM Spirulina Powder
  •  handful fresh spinach
  • water to smooth

Directions

Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered food processor and blend until no chunks remain.
  2. Add water as needed to ensure all ingredients are blended until smooth.
