We eat grilled chicken a LOT in our house. It is one of those foods that I don’t really get tired of eating and it is so easy to grab and go when you are in a rush. We pretty much always have grilled chicken in the fridge to use for a quick lunch or snack during the day along with some pre-cut veggies or fruit.
Approximately 3lbs chicken tenders (or chicken breasts)
Approximately 2 Tbsp raw honey
Approximately 1 Tbsp mesquite powder
Heat grill to appx 350 degrees (medium heat) and place chicken tenders on the grill.
Add half the honey and mesquite powder to the face-up side of the chicken tenders.
Cook for 5 minutes then flip each chicken tender, add the remaining honey and mesquite powder and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the tenders are thoroughly cooked.
