Lucuma Yogurt Roasted Cauliflower

Enjoy this roasted cauliflower that is crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The Lucuma Powder provides a slightly sweet flavor that balances out all of the spices. This is sure to be a crowd pleaser and make for a great appetizer.


  • 1 Whole Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Natural Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp MRM Superfood Lucuma Superfood Powder
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt And Pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 ̊f
  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together, then combine with the yogurt.
  3. Remove all the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim off the excess stalk leaving the whole cauliflower in tact. Be sure to wash the cauliflower as thoroughly as possible.
  4. Using a spatula smear the yogurt mix evenly over the cauliflower until it is completely covered. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Place the cauliflower in a roasting tray and roast for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the cauliflower. Check if it’s cooked after 20 minutes by piercing the center of the cauliflower with a thin knife and check for resistance. When there is no resistance it is cooked.
  6. Set aside to cool slightly, then serve.
