Mango Protein Ice Cream

Mannnn-go get your own bowl of ice cream. This one is mine! As the days start to warm up, our bodies begin to crave cold, sweet, and delicious foods. One of my favorites is a big fat bowl of ice cream BUT if you're trying to be health conscious this is the next best thing. When you blend frozen fruit such as mangos and bananas, it creates a natural, smooth, creamy texture. Then step it up a notch and add some protein and superfoods for added health benefits. Treat yourself today!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ scoop MRM Whey vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp MRM Lucuma Superfood powder
  • Splash of milk of choice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor or blender. Begin to process until smooth. You may need to stop and mix it once or twice.
  2. For a creamier texture, put into a bowl and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Enjoy as is or top with nuts, fruit, or granola.
