Mint Chocolate Moringa Thick Shake

Craving dessert for breakfast? Look no further than this Mint Chocolate Chip Thick Shake, which tastes like a frosty but is packed with whole-food nutrients. Combining heart-healthy fats from avocado with vitamin-rich spinach aids in the body’s absorption of these beneficial vitamins, and adds the perfect filling creaminess to this breakfast.


  • 3 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 tsp MRM Organic Moringa Powder
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • ¼ block silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • splash non-dairy milk


  • Place the bananas, tofu and avocado in your food processor and blend until it starts to break down and smooth out.
  • Add the spinach, Moringa, and mint extract, blending again until completely smooth.
  • Add small amounts of non-dairy milk if the mixture is not blending
  • Pour into a tall glass, top with cacao nibs or dairy free mini chips and dig in!
