Fresh and hot grilled steak with a fresh and cool chimichurri sauce- absolutely one of the best flavor combinations. The chimicurri is made with moringa- a superfood high in antioxidants and rich in crucial vitamins and minerals. High in protein, and flavor, this is sure to be a crowed pleaser.
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for brushing and grilling
1 Handful of spinach, chopped
1 Handful cilantro, chopped
1/2 Cup olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 Tbsp MRM Moringa Superfood Powder
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 Cup red onion, chopped
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Add all of your chimicurri ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until finely mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with a little bit of olive oil.
Grill steaks on a BBQ or in a skillet on high heat for 5-7 minutes for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice your steaks, top with chimicurri, and enjoy!
