Moringa Chimichurri
Fresh and hot grilled steak with a fresh and cool chimichurri sauce- absolutely one of the best flavor combinations. The chimicurri is made with moringa- a superfood high in antioxidants and rich in crucial vitamins and minerals. High in protein, and flavor, this is sure to be a crowed pleaser.


  • 2-3 Steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for brushing and grilling
  • 1 Handful of spinach, chopped
  • 1 Handful cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp MRM Moringa Superfood Powder
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 Cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Add all of your chimicurri ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until finely mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with a little bit of olive oil.
  3. Grill steaks on a BBQ or in a skillet on high heat for 5-7 minutes for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Slice your steaks, top with chimicurri, and enjoy! Chefs Sides Recommendation: Some of our favorite sides are marinated mushrooms, grilled asparagus, and hassle back sweet potatoes!
