Moringa Pesto

Moringa is a truly a superfood, and the benefits include: Amino Acids, Vitamins A, B, & C, Calcium, Potassium, and Magnesium. Adding the superfood powder to pesto lends an earthy profile to the classic flavor while upping your intake of vital vitamins and minerals. Enjoy as a topping, a dip, or as a sauce in your favorite dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Organic Basil (thoroughly washed)
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp MRM Moringa Superfood Powder
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until combined to desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
