Moringa Pesto

Moringa is a truly a superfood, and the benefits include: Amino Acids, Vitamins A, B, & C, Calcium, Potassium, and Magnesium. Adding the super play powder to pesto lends an earthy profile to the classic flavor that is pesto while increasing your intake of vital vitamins and minerals. Enjoy as a topping, a dip, or as a sauce in your favorite dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Organic Basil (thoroughly washed)
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp MRM Moringa Superfood Powder
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until combined to desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
