Nutty Pumpkin Butter Dip

This sweet dip is great to serve at parties or keep on hand for a healthy mid-afternoon snack when the hunger hits. High in protein and fibrous carbohydrates, it will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full until dinner, without ruining your diet! It pairs perfectly with fresh fruits like apple slices or banana! Making “ants on a log” to bring to a party? Try using this as the filling for a lower fat but equally delicious version!


  • 2 cups 100% canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp MRM Vanilla Veggie Elite protein
  • 1 Tbsp MRM Raw Organic Sacha Inchi Powder
  • ½ Tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!
  • Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
