Peach, Lucuma, and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

"Oh, no! Another smoothie bowl!" Said no one EVER! Smoothie bowls are amazing, no if's and's or but's about it- but this time, with the Lucuma powder? Delicious! Lucuma is naturally sweet, and can even be used as a replacement for regular sweeteners! Using the lucuma in this recipe helps to balance out the tartness of the raspberry while providing you with a myriad of vitamins and minerals.


  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of frozen peaches
  • 1 tbsp MRM Lucuma Fruit Powder
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 mint leaves
  • Roasted mixed seeds to garnish


  1. Lightly dry roast some of your favourite seeds and allow to cool to garnish
  2. Place all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a nice refreshing smoothie bowl, enjoy!
