Peach, Lucuma, and Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
"Oh, no! Another smoothie bowl!" Said no one EVER! Smoothie bowls are amazing, no if's and's or but's about it- but this time, with the Lucuma powder? Delicious! Lucuma is naturally sweet, and can even be used as a replacement for regular sweeteners! Using the lucuma in this recipe helps to balance out the tartness of the raspberry while providing you with a myriad of vitamins and minerals.
1 cup natural yoghurt
1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
1 cup of frozen peaches
MRM Lucuma Fruit Powder 2 ice cubes
2 mint leaves
Roasted mixed seeds to garnish
Lightly dry roast some of your favourite seeds and allow to cool to garnish
Place all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high for a nice refreshing smoothie bowl, enjoy!
