It's time to rock the bOAT and switch up your breakfast a little bit. Oatmeal has been around forever and for good reasons. They are loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber. Oats are rich in carbs but also higher in protein than most grains. They are quick and easy to make so you aren't spending too much time in the kitchen. There is a variety of recipes you can make with oats but we know you'll love this one with peanut butter and chocolate!
Directions Add your oats and almond milk to a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2-3 minutes (time depends on your microwave). Once your oats are cooked, mix well, top with banana, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and cashews. Enjoy! Nutrition Information
