Peanut Sacha Inchi Sauce

This is our take on a traditional Thai Peanut Sauce and we used our Sacha Inchi Powder to get the rich flavor of roasted peanuts. Using the Sacha Inchi Powder ups all of the health benefits- including a bit of a protein boost! This Peanut Sauce pairs very well with a veggie wrap, fresh vegetable spring rolls, or as a dip for plain vegetables. Any way you choose to use this sauce, we know you'll enjoy it.


  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Cup MRM Raw Organic Sacha Inchi Superfood Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (taste as you add, stop when you reach your preferred sweetness)
  • 1/2 Lime, Juiced
  • 1 tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
  • Hot Water, to thin to your preference


  1. In a small mixing bowl make the Sacha Inchi paste by mixing together the Sacha Inchi powder and water. Add more water to thin the paste if you need to.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Enjoy!
