Red Beet Hummus

This red beet hummus is the perfect study break snack. The hummus has tons of protein and fiber to keep you full and satisfied while the Red Beet gives you a boost of energy and essential nutrients like Vitamin C and Antioxidants. Plus- it only takes five minutes to make!

  • Your Favorite Store Bought Hummus

-OR YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN!-

Directions

  1. If using store-bought hummus, simply stir in 1 Tbsp MRM Red Beet Superfood Powder until completely combined. Enjoy!
If you're making your own hummus...
  1. Pour all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are fully combined and you have a smooth consistency- you may have to scrape down ingredients stuck to the sides of the blender a few times.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips or veggies and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
