This salmon dish uses our Sacha Inchi Superfood powder offering not only a boost of protein, essential omega fatty acids, and vitamin E but an amazing peanut butter flavor as well! The sweet peanut flavor with the sesame seeds and oil lends the salmon a delicious asian style flavor while fueling you body with an amazingly healthy meal.
In a medium frying pan add a splash of sesame/olive oil and gently sauté the red onion, bell peppers, chilli, garlic, and ginger until you get a nice golden brown color- be careful not to burn, then remove from the from the pan.
In the same pan gently warm the cooked rice noodles with a drizzle of sesame/ olive oil.
Bring a separate frying pan to high heat with a Tbsp of oil and brush the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt, sesame seeds, and the sacha inchi powder.
Sear the Salmon on all sides, 1 minute each, and allow to rest for 3 minutes.
