Spicy Moringa Brown Noodles and Veggies

Pasta is one of the most misunderstood foods in the American diet. Pastas made from 100% grains like whole wheat, brown rice, or quinoa can absolutely be incorporated into a balanced diet, as it provides essential carbohydrates to fuel our athletic pursuits. MRM Moringa adds a plant based protein punch to this delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet brown rice noodles
  • 1 medium green zucchini
  • 5 medium mushrooms
  • 1 tsp MRM Moringa Powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup organic marinara sauce

Directions

  • Cook your noodles according to package directions, rinse under cold water and set aside.
  • In a separate pot, coat the bottom with a layer of water and turn on medium heat.
  • Chop the zucchini and mushrooms into pieces and add to the pot.
  • Cook until softened and add in the Moringa, cumin, chili and garlic powders to coat.
  • Turn down the temperature to medium-low and add in the noodles and marinara sauce.
  • Stir the pasta ingredients together until incorporated and warmed.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with avocado slices!
