Spirulina Guacamole

We know what you're thinking.... but seriously, you can't even taste the spirulina! With the addition of this superfood, you'll see a rich green color, get all of the amazing nutrients (Vitamin A & Iron, anyone?), and taste only the traditional guacamole flavor you know and love. Trust us- if we can get a four year old to exclaim "This is the best guacamole EVER!" after trying it... we're pretty confident you'll love it!

Ingredients

  • 3 Medium (or 2 Large) Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Roma Tomato, chopped and de-seeded
  • ½ Jalapeno, chopped and de-seeded
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 Tbsp MRM Spirulina Superfood Powder
  • ¼ Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mash the avocado with a fork or blend in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients- don't blend!
  3. Serve, dips, and enjoy!
