Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies can be such a convenient and easy way to get the nutrients you need on busy days – just make sure you’re using quality ingredients to benefit your body! In this smoothie, frozen fruit adds a refreshingly cold sweetness, avocado provides a creamy texture and healthy fats, while MRM Veggie Elite protein rounds it out with an all-natural protein kick.


  • ½ frozen, chopped banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 1 scoop MRM Vanilla Bean Veggie Elite protein
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a shaker cup or mason jar for easy storage.
  • Freeze larger batches for smoothies all week long!
