Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies are always more fun when they're in a bowl. Add the superfood red beet powder and you have a powerhouse of antioxidants and vitamins that boost energy and help maintain cardio health all in one beautiful, delicious, appetizing bowl. Hello, breakfast... I've been thinking about you all night!


  • 1/2 Frozen Banana (Optional- this will make it a creamier consistency!)
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1-2 Cups Water (Depending on how thick you want the smoothie)
  • 1 Tbsp MRM Organic Red Beet Superfood Powder


  1. Pour 1 Cup of water and all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely combined- you may need to scrape down the sides if you want a thicker consistency.
  3.  Add water a small splash at a time if you need more liquid until you reach your preferred thickness.
  4. Pour into your bowl, top with some chia seeds, granola, or fresh fruit, and enjoy!
