Sweet Butternut Squash Soup

Sweet and simple- just the way we like it! Butternut squash soup has never been so easy to make before, or so delicious. This is definitely a new staple fall/winter recipe for us, we bet it will for you, too!


  • 1 Butternut squash (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 Yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 Red apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tsp MRM Turmeric powder
  • 32oz Vegetable stock
  • 1/4 Cup coconut milk
  • Pinches of salt, pepper, paprika


  1. Heat a large pot on medium heat. Add a little olive oil, then add your onion and garlic. Saute for a few minutes until translucent.
  2. Now add your squash, apple, and vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to simmer and cover for 40 minutes.
  3. When the squash is fork tender, add it all to a blender with the coconut milk, pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust seasonings to liking and add a few toppings. Enjoy!
