Triple Chocolate Protein Cookies

Only a handful of healthy ingredients (that are probably already in your pantry!) come together to form these easy, fudgy, high protein and ultra-chocolatey cookies that make the perfect sweet treat after lunch.

  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine the protein powder and cocoa powder, mixing to combine.
  • Add the cashew butter and milk and stir until a thick batter is formed. Fold in chocolate chips, saving some for the tops of the cookies.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes before eating.
