Turmeric Pumpkin Pie Partfait
This seasonal pumpkin pie parfait recipe is anything but basic- ok, maybe it's a little basic... as if that's a bad thing! The addition of turmeric in this recipe takes this breakfast from hearty to healthy real quick! Turmeric is famous for it's anti-inflammatory response in the human body in addition to helping prevent blood clots. Go ahead and (pumpkin) spice up your morning, you'll be full, satiated, and totally in the autumn mood.


  • 1 Can pumpkin purée
  • 2 Cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 Cup medjool dates
  • 1/2 Tbsp MRM Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Toppings (optional): Pecans, chopped dates, granola, whipped cream


  1. Blend all ingredients, besides toppings, together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with your preferred toppings, and enjoy!
