Up BEET and OAT of control

“Another oatmeal recipe?” you say. Yep, it sure is! Oatmeal is such a filling and healthy option for breakfast. It’s low in calories and packed with fiber and protein. I swear you can pretty much mix anything with oats and it will taste good. Keep changing up the recipes so that you don’t get tired of the same old thing. You can incorporate a variety of fruits, nuts, seeds, superfood powders, protein powders, or anything you feel like to add different flavors. Be creative with it but please try not to get OAT of control.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp MRM Organic Red Beet powder
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup Bear Naked cacao + cashew butter granola
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • Few slices of kiwis and raspberries
  • Little stevia for sweetness (optional)

Directions

  • Add the oats and milk to a microwave safe dish and cook for 1 minute
  • Stir the oats and then add the red beet powder and stevia
  • Top with fresh fruit and granola. Simple and delicious!
