You will need:
- 2 tbsp buckwheat flakes (I use Bob’s Red Mill Creamy Buckwheat Cereal)
- 2 tbsp milled flax
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup water
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ scoop MRM Vanilla Bean Veggie Elite
- 1 tsp MRM Mesquite Powder
- allspice, cloves and ginger (to taste)
- Combine buckwheat, flax, cauliflower and water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir, then microwave another minute.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then stir in the mashed banana, protein, mesquite, and spices until the porridge thickens.
- Top with the other half of the banana and any other toppings you want!
