Veggie Elite Protein Crepes

Veggie Elite protein crepes are an amazing way to get a healthy breakfast while succumbing to sweet cravings. The chocolate mocha provides all the decadent flavor you crave while giving you a healthy boost of protein. The fresh berries and oranges check off a couple fruit servings for the day and boost your vitamins and fiber- all around this is a really balanced and healthy breakfast!

Directions

  1. Whisk the milk, flour, eggs and protein powder in a bowl until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Pre-heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat and spray with olive oil (or a splash of light olive oil).
  3. Pour 1/4 Cup of batter into the heated pan. Lift the pan and slowly rotate it around so the batter spreads to evenly cover the bottom of the pan. It should be thin!
  4. Cook for 20 seconds, then gently flip and cook another 20 seconds.
  5. Top with oranges and fresh raspberries, serve, and enjoy!
