Veggie Protein Pancakes

Protein pancakes are a dream come true- they're packed with protein, healthy fats, fiber, and superfoods to keep you full until lunchtime and on track with your health and fitness goals. It's an added bonus that they taste like dessert and everyone LOVES pancakes- kiddos and spouse approved ;)



  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add all your ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat your pan on medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Allow oil to heat for about a minute. 
  3. Once hot, pour ¼ Cup of mix per pancake.
  4. When you start to see some bubbles and the edges are a little set, give them a flip(about 1 minute per side).
  5. Continue until all batter is used.
  6. Top with fresh berries and syrup. Enjoy!
