Watermelon Reload Popsicles

So you've smashed your workout, now it's time to refuel! These reload popsicles are amazing and exactly what your body needs post workout- especially on these hot summer days! They're packed full with BCAAs and Glutamine so you can refuel your muscles to help prevent soreness and build that strong, lean body. Make this recipe about an hour before your workout so they're frozen, ready, and waiting for you when you're done. 


  • 1/2 Small Watermelon, meat only
  • 1 Serving MRM Watermelon Reload BCAA +G
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Mint
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Watermelon


  1. Scoop out the meat of the 1/2 watermelon and blend until fully juiced.
  2. In bowl, mix the watermelon juice with the remaining ingredients and pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for two hours, minimum, before enjoying as a post workout snack!
